Haywards Heath Town Council, with support from Carers Support West Sussex is organising a free pamper day for carers in Haywards Heath on Wednesday 8thth June 2016.
There will be wellbeing checks, craft activities, a raffle and a variety of complimentary therapies, such as massage, reflexology and osteopathy. In addition a light lunch will be provided. The event is taking place during National Carers Week at the Town Hall and is a small thank you to Carers for all that they do in supporting family or friends who have a long term illness or disability. Many carers suffer from stress and find it difficult to take time out from their caring role – our aim is to treat and pamper them for the day.
